We must overly focus on the visions and revelations we have received, so much so that we lose sight of The Giver. More often than not, visions and revelations are a reflection of our place and walk with God. Many of the scriptural accounts about visions and revelations also hint at this.
Oddly, today, personal divine encounters and lived experiences have become bragging rights in many faith circles. Consequently, many personal statements, thoughts, and reflections have been erroneously attributed to God under the guise of visions and revelations from Him.
